Account data: your name, work email, company, billing details and authentication records. Usage data: searches run, credits consumed, exports created and product events used to improve reliability.

Platform data: business firmographic and professional contact information such as company names, industries, locations, revenue bands, job titles and work contact details.

To provide and secure the service, bill correctly, offer support, meet legal obligations, and improve product quality. Business contact data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest for B2B commercial communication.

We share data with infrastructure, payment and support providers acting as processors under contract. We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, and object to processing. Email hello@biztep.com and we will respond within 30 days. You can also upload a suppression list so specific records are excluded from results.

Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 12 months after closure for legal and accounting purposes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with access limited to staff who need it.
