Terms of Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping credentials secure, and for activity performed under your account and seats.

Biztep data may be used for legitimate B2B commercial communication and research. You may not resell or redistribute the data as a dataset, use it for consumer marketing, scrape the platform, circumvent credit limits, or send unlawful communications.

Credits are allocated per billing period according to your plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Plan changes take effect immediately and are prorated. Credits reset each period unless your plan includes rollover.

We work continuously to verify records but cannot guarantee completeness or accuracy. Invalid revealed emails are credited back automatically when reported.

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or create legal risk. You may cancel at any time from your billing page and export your saved data before the period ends.

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
